What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We do not receive any bank details from our payment processors (i.e. PayPal).  We only receive details of items ordered, your name and address, email address, quantities and amount paid.

We only collect data sufficient to fulfill your order. i.e. Name, Address, Quantity Required, Date Ordered and Amount Paid.

For written orders we ask for a Telephone Number in case of a query when interpreting hand writing.

When we offer the option to collect the order from class or reception, we may ask for the performers name to help the distribution process.

Who we share your data with

We do not share your data with third parties except when the “collect from class” option has been selected.  In this case we provide the distributing organisation (i.e. school, club, class etc.) with the name of the purchaser, performer and quantity ordered.

How long we retain your data

We hold your data for a period of six months.  After that time the data is destroyed and we will no longer be able to entertain any dispute relating to that order.

What rights you have over your data

You have the legal right to see what data we hold relating to you and your order. You should send any request to see you data to video@stevefeeney.com.

How we store your data

We enter all order information onto a computer database to enable efficient shipping.  This data is password protected and all personal data is deleted after six months along with all paper orders.
