All work is charged by the half or whole day with a minimum of half a day which includes traveling time. Please note that a half day is either a morning, afternoon or evening (4 or 5 hours spanning the middle of the day does not qualify as a half day).
Additional hours will be charged at the hourly rate.

Notes:
- The day rate covers up to 10 hours, including travel time.
- The half day rate covers up to 5 hours, including travel, time in the morning, afternoon or evening.
- Longer or regular contracts may be subject to separate negotiation.
- Expenses includes tape stock (if appropriate), transfer media such as External hard drives etc., mileage (45p per mile), accommodation (if required) refreshments and any necessary equipment hire.
